Who is responsible for the data?
Vibely Labs AB, company registration number 559578-9164, Östra Hasselbacksvägen 1, 549 48 Skövde, Sweden, hello@vibely.se, is the controller for personal data collected via the website, contact enquiries and course enquiries.
When an organisation uses Vibely Team, the organisation is normally the controller for its team data and Vibely Labs AB the processor under the customer agreement and the data processing agreement. Roles and instructions shall be set out before the service is taken into use.
What do we collect, and why?
We process contact details, organisation, enquiry type and message in order to answer enquiries, handle booking requests and perform or prepare a contract. We also process technical data where this is needed for secure operation.
Vibely Team is built for group development. Do not write health information, diagnoses or individual cases in contact forms or free text. The customer’s own information to its employees shall always complement this web text.
For how long, with whom and where?
Data is kept for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose, to manage a contract or to meet legal requirements. After that it is erased or anonymised in accordance with our routines. Sub-processors may process data for operations, email, support and security, in accordance with instructions and contract.
Current retention periods, sub-processors and any transfers outside the EU/EEA shall be set out in the information that applies to the relevant service or customer agreement.
AI, group level and human responsibility
AI features can help to structure themes, suggest questions and find possible next steps. Results are hypotheses and can be wrong. People are always responsible for interpretation, conversation and decisions.
Vibely Team shall not be used for recruitment, pay, promotion, warnings, dismissal, individual performance assessment or monitoring. We do not assess individuals and we do not draw medical conclusions.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, or object to certain processing, where the rules give you that right. Contact hello@vibely.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
