1 · What Vibely Team does

Vibely Team helps teams understand what is happening — and what the next wise step is.

Vibely Team helps teams understand how the collaboration is working, what is chafing and which next step is the wisest. The system is not a single AI with opinions about people — it is several AI roles doing different parts of the work: one supports the individual, one finds patterns, one interprets causes and one suggests small practical steps.

Vibely Team uses an individual’s signals to understand the team’s patterns. Not to assess the individual.

2 · From private answers to team insight

Private answers become protected team insights.

Everyone answers privately in Vibely Team’s recurring reflections — Weekly and Deep Dive. The answers can be about safety, stress, energy, collaboration, lack of clarity, relational friction or what is working well. The raw material is not shown as an individual answer in the leader view. Instead the answers are turned into protected signals.

Private answer — not shown to the managerI don’t dare disagree in meetings, because it usually sours the mood.
Aggregated team insight — may be shownThere are signals that the team avoids disagreement and needs safer ways to hold different views.

What is passed on is a safe team insight, written for conversation and next steps.

3 · The AI roles in Vibely Team

Several AI roles. One safer team flow.

Each role has a bounded responsibility — and the Privacy Guard sits as a protective layer around the whole system. Open a card to see what the role does and does not do.

The Individual Coach

AI-based reflection support that meets the employee privately. It helps the person put words to their situation without judging, diagnosing or pressing for answers.

Does

  • Private reflection at your own pace
  • Helps put words to the situation

Does not

  • Judge or diagnose
  • Show raw material in the leader view

The Pattern Coach

Sees what keeps coming back in the team. Weaves together weekly answers, monthly reflections, trends, spread, response rate and Missions feedback.

Does

  • Finds recurring team patterns
  • Weighs several sources together over time

Does not

  • Point out individual people
  • Draw conclusions from a single answer

The Cause and Strategy Coach

Interprets what the team’s situation is probably about. Separates task, relationship and personal experience, so the team can start at the right end.

Does

  • Likelihood assessments of cause
  • Separates task from relationship

Does not

  • Deliver verdicts
  • Appoint scapegoats

The Missions Coach

Makes the insight practical. Suggests small behavioural steps that fit the team’s level of safety and load.

Does

  • Small concrete steps in everyday work
  • Adjusts the threshold to the situation

Does not

  • Big programmes and long reports
  • Ask more than the team can carry

Leader

Translates the team’s aggregated situation into leadership support: what the team seems to need, what should be solved first and which conversations are reasonable right now.

Does

  • A map of where the team is
  • Suggestions for reasonable next conversations

Does not

  • Show individual answers or names
  • Provide a basis for assessing individuals

The Privacy Guard

Stops reports that could expose an individual. The greater the risk of recognition, the less detail is shown. Click for examples.

Examples of when detail is blocked

  • The group is too small for safe aggregation
  • The response rate is low this period
  • A free-text quote has distinctive wording
  • A subgroup can be narrowed down
  • One answer stands out enough to be recognised

Does

  • Blocks when there is a risk of recognition
  • Reduces detail when the data is thin

Does not

  • Let raw data through to reporting
  • Make exceptions for the curious

The flow: Individual Coach → Pattern Coach → Cause Coach → Missions Coach → Leader — with the Privacy Guard around it all.

4 · What the manager sees

The manager gets a map of the team. Not a list of people.

The manager may see
  • Recurring themes
  • Overall risks
  • Trend over time
  • Spread in the team’s experience
  • Recommended focus areas
  • Suggestions for the next wise step
The manager shall not see
  • Individual answers
  • Personal quotes
  • Names
  • Outlier profiles
  • Individual assessments
  • Anything that lets someone be guessed
Good wording “Several signals point to unclear roles and increased load.”
Wrong wording “Two people think the manager is unclear.”

One helps the team move forward. The other risks pointing at individuals.

5 · Protected data, not loose anonymity

We would rather say protected data than loose anonymity.

Individual data is protected, access-controlled and used for personal coaching and system calibration. What is passed on is aggregated.
1. Your own reflectionThe individual can get personal coaching on their own answers.
2. Protected signalsThe system uses signals to understand the team’s patterns.
3. Team level onlyManager and organisation see aggregated insights — nothing else.
Risk of recognitionThin dataPlenty of data
Specific team insight

“Several signals over the past four weeks point to unclear roles around decisions — particularly at handovers.”

Principle: the less data, the less detailed the assessment.

6 · How Vibely makes reliable assessments

Reliability comes from patterns over time — not from a single answer.

Vibely Team does not build assessments on a single answer. An assessment gets stronger when several independent signals point the same way. Try it yourself — switch the indicators on:

Weak signalPossible directionStrong team pattern

Weak signal → an early observation. No conclusions drawn yet.

Cautious assessment “The data is too weak for a confident conclusion, but there are early signals of increased stress.”
Cautious assessment “The team’s answers point in different directions. The recommendation is to explore workload, not to draw conclusions.”
Vibely Team gives likelihood assessments, not verdicts. The results can be wrong and must always be interpreted by people in their own context.
7 · From signal to action

From private signal to small action.

01
Individual signal

The person answers privately — about safety, stress, lack of clarity, friction or an assignment that felt too hard.

02 · The protective layer
Protected interpretation

The answers become structured signals. The link to the person is removed from reporting.

03
Team pattern

Signals from several people are weighed together into patterns at team level.

04
Assessment of cause

What is the pattern probably about — task, relationship or personal experience?

05 · RECOMMENDED MISSION

Make ownership clear

“Set aside 20 minutes at the next team meeting to make it clear: What do we own? What do we not own? What needs deciding?”

This is where Vibely becomes behaviour change, not just a report.
8 · A short explanation for customers

In short: Vibely Team protects the individual and helps the team move forward.

Vibely Team uses several AI roles that work together. One role meets the individual, another finds patterns, a third interprets possible causes and a fourth suggests the next behavioural step.

A person’s answers are not shown as individual answers to managers or HR. They are first turned into protected signals and then weighed together at team level. If there is too little to go on, or if a report risks exposing a person, no detailed assessment is shown.

The assessments become reliable because Vibely Team does not build on isolated answers. The system looks at recurring signals, trends, spread, Missions feedback and patterns over time. Vibely Team is not a tool for recruitment, pay, promotion, dismissal, individual performance assessment or medical assessment.

The goal is not control.
The goal is for the team to understand what is happening, what is probably behind it and which small step is the wisest to take now.
A map, not a verdictThe manager gets a map of where the team is — not a verdict on people.
Signal, not gossipProtected signals, not private quotes.
Pattern, not personRecurring team patterns, not scapegoats.
Small steps, not programmesSmall acts in everyday work, not long reports.
